  PARIS 2013 - maintenant In charge of SYNCHRONe product management.
  
  SYNCHRONe product contains the methodological items (tools and processes) intended to be used for all future software developments of Safran group for aeronautical systems (DAL A to DAL E).
  It gathers technologies such as Automatic Code Generation (using Scade or Matlab Simulink) and provides means and tools to enable DO178B / DO178C certification.

• Sagem - Certification and Technical Referent for Sagem Avionics Software Department

  PARIS 2012 - 2013 - Leader of Sagem working group about Multicore Certification (ie. certification of Operating Systems running on multicore processors)
  - Maturity survey pilot and operational relay of Synchron Chief Engineer for SilverCrest Project (Snecma)
  - Expertise and active support for deployment of Safran software methodology GT44 and processes on operational projects (multi techno incl Scade and Simulink)
  - In charge of preparing SOI#3 certification audit for DLCS A350 project (DAL C with problematics on HMI certification)

• Sagem - Project / Technical Manager for DLCS A350

  PARIS 2010 - 2012 Responsible of technical decisions (including Certification strategy) for A350 DLCS [A/C Dataloading and Configuration System] project, in respect with Costs / Quality / Delays defined by A/C Information System division, with the objective of reaching the DO178B-levelC objectives.
  Also performed as project manager the coordination of workpackage leaders and subcontractors to conduct the 1st deliveries.
  Rôle were then re-centered to privilegiate techn interface with Airbus customer. In this mission, both SOI2 and First Flight Acceptante Review were conducted (success).

• Sagem - Software Architecture & Integration Manager for A400M GADIRS [A/C Navigation System]

  PARIS 2009 - 2010 Responsible for :
  • leading SW Architecture and Integration teams (~15 people with experts) for A400M GADIRS project, in respect with Costs / Quality / Delays defined by A400M GADIRS Program, with the objective of reaching the DO178B-levelA certification credit.
  
  In charge of :
  • Preparing the A400 GADIRS SW Architecture File necessary for L2.2 CDR (Design Review) and SOI2 (Certification Audit) to be dealt with. SOI2 result = success status.
  
  • Preparing and leading the integration tasks necessary to build the A400M GADIRS complete software from partly subcontracted and partly internally developped CSCI (SW modules).

• Sagem - A400M GADIRS WorkPackages Manager

  PARIS 2008 - 2009 Responsible for :
  • leading System, Software and Verification teams (~15 people) in charge of the ADR (Air Data Reference) and IR (Inertial Reference) functions for A400M GADIRS [i.e. navigation system for A400M aircraft]
  
  In charge of :
  • Application of the IR/ADR developpement logic, in respect with Costs / Quality / Delays defined by A400M GADIRS Program, with the objective of reaching the DO178B-levelA certification credit.
  
  • Starting and following-up the subcontracting of design/coding/verification phases for ADR et IR projects.
  
  • Leading software tasks necessary for L2.2 SRR (Software Rquirements Review) to be dealt with.

• Sagem - A400M GADIRS First Flight Software Team Leader

  PARIS 2008 - 2008 Responsible of :
  • leading the software team in charge of dévelopment of « Basic Functions » (applicatives layers / low-level layers) of A400M (~12 people).
  
  In charge of :
  • leading software tasks necessary for FFAR (First Flight Acceptance Review) to be dealt with.

• Sagem - A400M GADIRS Software Development Team Leader

  PARIS 2005 - 2008 In charge of :
  • Specification of the software IR function [Inertial Reference] taking into account DO178B-levelA constraints.
  
  • Design and development of critical Kalman algorithms that are used during GADIRS alignment and navigation phases.
  
  • Delivery of the IR software for Standard A400M GADIRS L1.3 [prototype].
  
  Responsible of :
  • leading the team in charge of IR overall SW developments (~5 people).

• Sagem - Embedded Software Developper for Inertial Systems

  PARIS 2004 - 2005 In charge of :
  - development of integration/calibration software
  - development of embedded operational software
  for inertial systems used in military land/naval/air vehicles.

• Sagem - Software Engineer on Mobile Phones Test Benches

  PARIS 1999 - 2004 In charge of :
  • design and development of software enabling to test and configure the electronics and the functionnalities of Sagem mobile phones.
  
  • deployment, follow-up and technical support for manufactoring plants in France and Foreign Countries
  
  Responsible of :
  • a team of 3 engineers that were in charge of the maintenance and update of the mobile phones testing software.
