  Toulouse 2010 - 2015 Consulting and training firm incorporated in 2005 and based in Toulouse,France specialized in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Lean 6 Sigma & Training. Axsens is providing services in project management focusing on supply chain, Lean and industrial process optimization. Clients are large industrial companies or mid size industrial companies who are looking to improve their bottom line throughout the re-engineering and optimization of their supply chain. I had the opportunity among other happy few to actively participate to the high growth period of the company, revenues were multiplied by 5 between dec 2009 and dec 2012.

• AXSENS bte - Consultant Senior LEAN & SUPPLY CHAIN

  Toulouse 2009 - 2015 Initially hired as Supply Chain Consultant, I enjoyed delivering Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement consultancies and training services on a regular basis over my 6 years at Axsens in parallel to the Sales, Marketing & Development scope of responsibilities obtained during my first year in the company.

• SDV (USA) Inc - Logistics & Supply Chain Manager

  2004 - 2009 Corporate position at SDV USA in charge of Supply Chain Solutions for the 16 SDV locations in the USA, based in Miami, FL and Cincinnati, OH.
  Initiated and leading a contractual strategic alliance between SDV USA and a privately owned 3PL company selected among the top 100 US Logistics providers, market this alliance throughout SDV network and portfolio leading to the opening of a new SDV branch in Cincinnati.

  2005 *LVMH-Christian Dior, New York : Recommendation on productivity improvement of LVMH North America Distribution Center (a X00 M$ / year out of WH sales Distribution Center ) re-organized layout and reduced rented WH surface “by the size of a soccer field “ <> XMUSD saving for customer over the length of the lease.

  2007-2008 *BIOMERIEUX Inc, Durham, NC : Leading SDV USA project team to assist Biomerieux in the re-engineering of their international B to B flows via air&sea freight, project includes the implementaiton of Good Distribution Practices in cool chain environment, along with routing optimization to minimize the Time Out of Range.
  
  2006 *MERCK & Co, White House Sation, NJ : Performed a re-engineering study to support worldwide distribution of clinical trials ancillary materials, initiated first healthcare product structure and related partners network at SDV USA.

  2001 - 2004 =>Industrial Logistics Manager at SDV , Toulouse France : project leader in key accounts continuous Improvement policy management, regional support to sales force.

  2001-2004 *LIEBHERR Aerospace Toulouse, France & Saline, MI : Aircraft equipments and Spare parts. Continuous Improvement Management, participation to a 6 years worldwide contract renewal including DC in Toulouse France, Saline USA and Singapore. Consulting services provided to customer such as re-engineering and streamlining of packing workshops in production lines : Toulouse 2004, and Saline USA repairs center 2006 : improving cycle lead time from 2-4 days to less than 4 hours as per KPI results checked by customer. XX MEUR, 5 years contract.
  
  2001-2004 *EADS-ALENIA ATR Regional Aircraft, Toulouse & Washington DC : Consulting studies on spare part DC in Toulouse France, and Washington. Continuous Improvement & contract follow-up 18 MEUR, 6 years contract., implementation of a 5S methodology at receiving and repairs workshop.
