    • The region consists mainly of 5 cities (Mumbai / Pune / Ahmedabad / Baroda & Rajkot).
    • The role consists of 50% business development + 50% Ops support for the existing customer base.

    Main achievement:

    Pulling together all internal and external resources to ensure the best possible deadline that was kept to and
    tracking final stages of the project across all departments, acting as main POC for all involved.
    Implementing new out of the box solutions of major issue faced at destinations. Tracking/Archiving
    structure that was rolled out upon my arrival as the operational manager as an internal restructuring meant a
    new role that had not existed previously needed to be rethought.

    Villeneuve d'Ascq 2011 - 2012 • Responsible for all major imports flows to France, Belgium & Netherlands
    • Leader of the Indian flow (imports from India, Bangladesh, Pakistan & Sri Lanka)
    • Manage and monitor lead time and keeping REFLOG up to date
    • Respecting quarterly targets of DOT - 98%, SOT - 97% and TOT – 95%.
    • Manage and coordinating Customs clearance using software such as Delta BE and Trade FR
    • Manage reception teams in the warehouse
    • Working extensively with imports team
    • Coordinating with the Pilot + the imports team to project total inbound units for the coming year
    • Liaise and deal with the IT team to provide better synergies between all the teams

    Main achievement:
    Second best clearing supervisor with the maximum number of clearance per hour against least error ratio of 0.9%. 100% polyvalent in terms of knowledge and process for clearing of other imports flows.
