  • Airbus Helicopters - Helicopter Simulation Work Package Manager

    Blagnac 2011 - 2017 Arrived as a support for one turbo engine re-hosted Control System integration on real-time simulation platform, I became through the years the work package manager for flight behavior models for all french Training and development Simulator.
    Those responsibilities included :
    - Develop and integrate Engine thermodynamic model (Simulation & C/C++code)
    - Interface control system OS (FADEC) re-hosted libraries with other models
    - Integrate, test & tune helicopter flight model prepared by aeronautics AH experts
    - Support V&V team, Project & Program department and final client on all matters involving the scope of flight model
    - Ensure Quality & Delay for all deliveries.

    Beyond the WPM responsibilities, by affinity and willing, I became the referent for IT management and Continuous Improvement on the department. My major realization were :
    - Renew all hardware from 90's Unix server to Real-Time simulation adapted Linux Workstation
    Cost : included in the frame of the AIM obsolescence budjet
    Gain : Reduction by two of the lead time for bug resolving
    - Melting code structure, version control and deliveries for department deliveries to suppress all useless human intervention
    Cost : 6 month FTE over 2 years
    Gain : Model development time reduced from 6 months to 2 weeks on more than 5 current projects and 3 planned

    - Development of Visual management : team meetings structure; actions, kpi & problem manage boards
  • Safran Engineering Services - Control System Engineer

    Paris 2010 - 2011 The aim of this mission was to achieve the control system embedded software of the turboshaft engine TP400 for the certification of the engine and of the aircraft. My work consisted of modifying the high level specifications of the software to correct the problem reported from software validation or from flight tests. I had also some additional tasks as validation of the code modification, justifying the non-critical level of problem reported (EASA matters) or to analyze the impact of software modification on EMC tests.
  • Thales Alenia Space - Ingénieur de recherche mécanique et thermodynamique (stagiaire)

    TOULOUSE 2009 - 2009 Stage ingénieur à Thalès Alenia Space : "Etude d'un outil de dimensionnement et de simulation d'une machine frigorifique dédiée au contrôle thermique d'un satellite".
    1 - Prise en main et validation du logiciel de simulation de cycle thermodynamique
    2 - Amélioration de la méthode de calcul et de l'interface de calcul
    3 - Utilisation du logiciel pour la pré-conception multi-échangeur

    2008 - 2008 Stage aide ingénieur au Centre d’Essais des Propulseurs : "Calcul du cycle thermodynamique du turbopropulseur TP400-D6":
    Construction d’un modèle numérique du moteur (sous Excel et GasTurb) à partir de données d'essais :
    1 - Récupération des points de mesures
    2 - Construction du modèle stationnaires
    3 - Construction du modéle instationnaires
    4 - Construction et analyse des cartographies moteurs

    Courcouronnes 2007 - 2007 Stage ouvrier à la SNECMA Villaroche : "Constitution d’ensemble de pièces pour le Fan du CFM56"
