    Source and recruit on an international basis all non faculty staff.
    Negotiate and work with union & staff representatives in France.

  • INSEAD - Deputy HR Director

    Fontainebleau 2001 - 2004 Assisted the HRD in the implementation of the HR strategy.
    Defined and supervised all HR administrative processes (payroll, contracts, legal HR, pensions and benefits)
    Supervised recruitment, reviewed entirely recruitment and admin teams' working organization.
    Was in charge of labour relations for France.
    Managed a team of 6 direct reports based in France.
  • GEODIS - Human Resources manager

    Levallois-Perret 2000 - 2001 In charge of all HR activities for the Ile de France Division with 15 different locations.
    Main tasks were the management of labour relations in a heavily unionized environment and the support to all operational managers in the 15 sites.
    Managed a team of 2 direct reports + the medical services with 3 people + the support of a shared payroll team.
    Total staff was 1000 permanent employees + 1500 temps.
  • MARKS & SPENCER - Head of personnel

    Paris 1997 - 1999 In charge of all HR services of the 4 Paris department stores including the flagship of Boulevard Haussmann. Total staff was 600.
    One of my main achievements was the negotiation & the implementation of the 35 hour week in the 4 stores.
    Other duties included young management trainees supervision, guidance and coaching.
    Management of a team of 8 HR people + medical services.
  • MARKS & SPENCER - Head of Training & Development Europe Division

    Paris 1995 - 1997 Ensured the development and implementation of the divisional training plan for France, Belgium & Spain for non executive & executive staff.
    Was in charge of the management of the management trainees training scheme (from hiring, induction to assessment and confirmation after one year) and liaison with the UK based training stores for quality control and guidance.
