  • Keolis - Public Transportation Proposal Development

    Paris 2011 - maintenant Yann coordinates the writing and packaging of Keolis proposals to French Public Transport Authorities. Along with the proposal development team, he works with experts to deliver accurate bids and case studies, making processes and commitments understandable and reliable for customers. He makes sure that contents are issued on-time and meet bid-quality standards.
    Yann also coordinates the designing of bid presentations and participates in the debates with PTAs. This is the opportunity to understand better the expectations of public actors.
    Yann enjoys now a wide-scope position involving business development, knowledge management and public relations within a worldwide-recognized public transport operator.
  • Keolis - Public Transportation Project Management

    Paris 2010 - 2011 Yann supported the management of tender projects within the Dutch public transport business. As such, his main goal was to make bids compliant with tender rules, including a wide range of public and private stakeholders. This way, he developed his knowledge of the Dutch market specificities.
    Yann also ran the sharepoint and the agenda of the project community. He coordinated budget, consulting and payroll topics for the whole team and was a contact person for internal and external communication.
    Yann enjoyed a HQ-subsidiary-interface position focusing on business development within the maturing Dutch public transport sector.
  • Sodexo - HR Research & Progess, Senior Executive Career Planning & HR Development

    Issy-les-Moulineaux 2010 - 2010 Yann made a language configuration workbook feeding the implementation process of a Talent Management System for the Senior Executives.
    Along with the former project, he worked on the corporate Employee Engagement Survey 2010 reporting the results and studying action plans.
    Yann enjoyed with Sodexo a project-oriented HR position focusing on the most recent corporate policies.
  • Moët Hennessy Estates & Wines - Groupe LVMH - HR Development & Projects

    2010 - 2010 Yann worked with the HR Director and the HR Manager mainly on recruitment/development tasks, C&B topics and personnel administration. He also supported the HRD in a global re-organization project,
    Yann enjoyed with Moët Hennessy Estates & Wines a multitask HR position within an international environment (English, French, Spanish & Portuguese/Brazilian speakers).
