    - To manage the project team (engineering, procurement, quality, site, contract, expediting,etc)
    - To monitor and control the project finance
    - To perform claim management in complex environment (multicultural, consortium leader, strategic approach)

    To manage international project execution for specific équipement used in aluminium industries following engineering, supply, manufacture, delivery stages till installation and during warranty period.(Turnover > 10M€)

    To manage and develop a team of 3 persons in charge of supervision contracts, transport and logistics and functional specification procurement (yearly turnover 25 M€)
    To source and to structure the approach for steel structure >1T in China with Chinese subsidiary. To define strategic targets and review success criteria achievement (yearly turnover 2 M€).
