Activities before Turn-around
- Reverse Engineering from Triconex program (DOS) to ESD logic Diagram.
- Design new ESD Logic from process narrative.
- Review new and existing logic with Lyondellbasell process engineer.
- Write PLC, DCS specification
- Write SIS specification for SIL calculation.
- Follow up progress with Integrators
- FAT PLC programs from 8 different projects (3 Tricon, 4 Quantum).
- Interface with ESD & DCS modification (Honeywell Experion)
Activities during Turn-around
- Supervised work for Instrument wiring in PLC cabinet
- Supervised integrators on PLC modifications (flash I/O cards, FTA, chassis, cards)
- SAT with integrators (stop, download new program and restart PLC)
- Pre-commissionning (Loop test)
- Commissionning and start-up (Assist Lyondellbasell operators with Functional test)
