  • SFR - Mobile Terminals Product Manager

    2011 - maintenant Main responsibilities:
    * Manage the Go To Market of new portfolio devices, reporting to the head of Go To Market and Terminals director
    and liaising with many teams (technical, purchase, advertising, legal, sales, medias)
    * Senior lead of the Go to Market team ;
    * Contribute to logistics and volumes decisions ;
    * Manage accounts of HTC, Samsung and Sony Mobile for SFR ;
    * Develop and launch SFR branded products (ODM activity) with many Taiwan/PRC EMS (Huawei, ZTE, TCL,
    HiSense, Yulong/Coolpad, Qisda, Mobiwire)
    * Define key selling points and market positionning ;
    * Define and execute the entire Go to market plan ;
    * Strongly contribute to the ODM portfolio ranging ;
    * Present products to journalists ;
    * Handle commercial and technical certification as well as legal requirements ;
    * Establish a 3 years perspective technology intelligence and market evolution studies by interviewing
    manufacturers and mobile chipset vendors
    Main achievements:
    * Successful launch of 80+ products (from feature to smart phones, over all tiers) ;
    * Recently: go to market plan for the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ and the Sony Xperia Z5 family ;
    * Good coordination with the whole project team ;
    * Perfect adjustment to foreign cultures and work habits, many travels to China/Taiwan/Hong Kong ;
    * Management of the legal regulation changes on time

  • SFR - Technical Project Manager

    2008 - 2011 Main responsibilities:
    * Steer new smartphones and Internet devices approval projects ;
    * Develop and manage annual budgets for information technology projects (1M EUR /year) ;
    * Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. ;
