I joined the project team to organize logistics and material department (4 warehouses,
1 pipe yard and jetty) dedicated to the drilling campaign:
- Organize the Material activities: delivery from vendors, subcontracting, organization
of PSV, planning and loading (5500 T sent offshore), clearance, bunkering.
- Coordinate material flow with Drilling Department.
- Organize the storage areas and the jetty (8000 T of equipment):
* organization of the activities: material preparation, inspection, segregation and preservation.
* determination of process for goods movements and inventory.
- Control document flow (Cargo Manifest, Bill of Lading, Invoices) and customs activities
for export and import.
- Follow up of hire equipment: on-hire and return.
- Liaise with Procurement Department in Sofia for overall purchasing topics.
