► Development and Promotion of the Corporate Audit function throughout Europcar Group

1. Audit (80%):
- Performing Corporate audits in line with the International Audit Standards
- Identification of risks, improvements and best practices throughout the Group
- Follow-up of the recommendations performed during audit engagements

2. Projects (20%):
- Internal Control: Implementation the Internal Control Grid to all corporate countries
- Network Audit Work Program: In charge of Enhancing the network audit methodology and tools
- Risk map, Fraud prevention: Active participation in cross border workshops and task forces

► Achievements:
- Development and roll out of a standard methodology, tool and report to audit Europcar network (3000 stations) in 9 countries
- Enhance Europcar current internal control grid with the latest internal control standards
