    2010 In charge of the RX activities within Eyewear and Safety divisions across EMEA with a global role of Global Business Developper.
    Creation of a new RX programme for Bollé with revolutionary features: B-ThinActive design, RX programme "no limit" on high wrapped frames.

  • Wise & Accurate - Founder

    2009 - 2010 Consulting activity specialized in the trade development through the optimization of the processes between operation, customer service, back office, administration and accounting to improve the customer satisfaction in order to develop the sales activity.
    Creation of a holding aiming at the resumption of a company. (Project abandoned at the end of December, 2009)
  • Oakley Europe - After-sales Service Project Manager

    2006 - 2008 While fulfilling my role as Lens Program Manager, the Managing Director requested that I implement a more efficient After-sales Service Program. Upon presenting my research and views of the weakness that an existing fractured Service Program represented with further growth, I was given the green light to centralize the after-sales operations for Sunglasses, Optical frames and Watches in Spain, Portugal, Sweden and Norway.

    - Search and evaluation of the potential partners in each country.
    - Created the business model and sales negotiations with the selected subcontractors.
    - Organized the operational and logistic flows.
    - Technicians repair education. (Frames and watches)
    - Organized the information campaign to the retailers. (Optical and Sport channels)
    - Marketing Tools creation to the retailer’s information.
    - Quality of Service follow-up and Customer satisfaction Survey.

    Impact: The average turnaround time for repairs was cut in half. The relocation allowed regional marketing and sales to revitalize the turnover of the concerned countries.
  • Oakley Europe - RX Business Unit Manager Europe

    2001 - 2009 Hired by Oakley Europe in December 2001, I set-up and developed the RX Business Unit trough the creation of the European Sales and Customer Service. Result oriented leader, I developed the optimal structure, identified economies scale, synergies and shared resources that contributed to year increase in sales of 300%. P&L responsibility.

    - Multi-cultural recruitment, technical education and sales management of 7 area managers. The geographical coverage of Oakley Europe includes the following countries: France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Holland, Luxemburg, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, and Greenland.
    - Implementation of qualitative and quantitative individual objectives as well as working procedures.
    - Operation flow organization: Order entry and follow-up, customer relation management, invoicing and credit notes, custom and transport issues.
    - Creation of synergies with accounting, controlling and sales departments.
    - Definition of the indicators of the profit center and implementation of corrective actions: Decrease of entry errors < 0,5 % and defective products < 6 %. Highlighted quality issues in production. Planning of the workload.
    - Costs reduction and quality improvement.
    - Improved team cohesion through strong team-building skills in a multi-language organization focused on Premium Service and sales development.
    - Coordinated technical training and continued education of the RX eyewear sales force in Europe (70+ people)
    - Developed incentives and special operations to strategically increase team competition and/or sales.
    - Created marketing tools (POP, brochures, EDI-catalogue, Online Ordering System connected to SAP)

    Impact: Oakley prescription Eyewear has become the undisputed reference in the Sport sunglasses industry in Europe.
    7 years of double-digit growth in a row in an almost flat sunglass market business. The turnover jumped from 0,9 to 2,9 m€ within the period.
  • Optic 2000 - Store Manager

    Clamart Cedex 1995 - 2001 Director responsibilities focused primarily on improving sales activity and technical abilities of the team store.

    - Defined the sales positioning and the direct marketing campaign.
    - Human resource management (5 people) and technical education.
    - Led the move (relocation) of the store and transitioned to the new Optic 2000 concept.

    Impact: Turnover increased 4-fold. (1,5m€)
  • RODENSTOCK France - Workshop Manager

    1993 - 1995 I set-up the subcontracting activity of prescription lens mounting for the top-ten French key accounts

    - Organized the workshop and managed 5 technicians.
    - Managed the Customer Relationship.
    - Billing and shipping management.
