P&L management, with main target to reduce expenses and stabilize the gross profit line.
Operation, Apply Lean activities and 5S in the plant, productivity growth up 12% a year.
Sales structure, organization of importer Italy, Germany, Spain, China,
Management of sales force in France, France is the national market and 70% of the turn over. Need a close follow-up.
New products launch to gain market share.

Aujourd'hui je suis responsable commercial pour le marché Allemand ainsi que KAM mondial pour Delphi. Je démarre une prospection Asie /Pacific. Ma mission est de prendre les premiers contacts commerciaux et d'analyser une implantation en Chine et philippines.
