Titulaire d’un MBA et Expert-comptable, j’ai acquis une expérience significative de pilotage opérationnel de direction financière élargie dans un environnement international et en forte croissance.

Mon parcours m’a permis de développer pendant 15 ans les compétences spécifiques suivantes au sein de sociétés de service, industrielles et de distribution :

- Eclairer le Comité de Direction en temps que « business partner » dans le pilotage financier et l’optimisation des ressources employées,

- Mettre en mouvement la stratégie financière et ses composantes : contrôle de gestion, trésorerie, reporting, SI, comptabilité, administration, fiscalité, compliance,

- Gérer des projets variés de changements structurels tels que la variation de périmètre (développement et cessions d’activité, transfert universel de patrimoine), mise en place de SAP.

    2010 - maintenant In constant relationship with operational and finance leaders, I am in charge of the EMEA Services financial planning and ensure the achievement of their annual operational & financial objectives :

    • Lead annual BP process, monthly forecasts and weekly risk and opportunity meetings with operations management,

    • Assist in developing actions to ensure the organization meets annual operating plans,

    • Design processes to track financial metrics against expectations including predictive measures identifying potential shortfalls,

    • Partner with the business leaders to provide financial direction and guidance on key business issues and decisions,

    • Develop & maintain strong control environment ensuring compliance,

    • Implement & update financial scorecard & system for EMEA Area to maintain consistent financial reporting data and analysis,

    • Advocate for changes to the plan or projects when appropriate and ensure they are reflected in the current outlook,

    • Assist the organization in optimizing human resource and supply chain spend,

    • Identify and recommend actions in high impact areas for cost and productivity improvements,

    • Ensure all major contracts are properly assessed for financial risk and return et involved in key customer negotiations and ensure best possible terms and conditions for D-R,

    • Track financials of key growth projects & initiatives so informed decisions can be made supporting strategy of organization,

    • Provide financial & accounting guidance and oversight to the Parts Delivery and Engineered Solutions organizations and support on-going activities and initiatives,

    • Partner with the management team on cost savings projects and work to ensure that savings targets are achieved,

    • Assist in developing and executing financial integration plans for acquired companies.
  • Mazda Motor Europe GMbH (Leverkusen / Germany) - Finance Director department "Business Strategy/Development"

    2007 - 2009 • Gain additional contribution of 5% of European sales through launch of subsidiaries and independent distributors,

    • Support the business development of 2 subsidiaries during 1 year (Poland and Turkey),

    • Coordinate cost reduction action plans leading to 10% improvement of European profit.
  • Mazda Motor Europe GMbH (Leverkusen / Germany) - Controller for Europe

    2004 - 2006 • Consolidate reporting from 25 countries to IFRS by D+6 vs. D+9,

    • Present monthly reporting to Senior managers including milestones achieved in the action plans,

    • Implement Transfer Price Agreement in Europe,

    • Lead new models pricing and profit.
  • Mazda Automobiles France - Deputy finance manager

    Saint Germain en Laye 2001 - 2004 • Lead finance department in full compliance to local and group regulations,

    • Manage accountings, tax compliance and optimization, treasury,

    • Close reliable accounts by D+2 and monthly reporting by D+3,

    • Lead financial planning. Develop and follow KPIs,

    • Lead SAP R/3 (FI/CO/MM) roll out,

    • Manage relationship with legal auditors, tax advisors and bankers,

    • Improve processes continually to absorb the reduction of staff.

    1998 - 2001 • Manage the full finance functions and develop a strong control environment,

    • Close reliable accounts by D+4 and consolidate reporting of 15 subsidiaries in UK GAAP by D+6,

    • Manage and optimize tax. Pass tax inspection without adjustments,

    • Cash management. Negotiation with banks. Reduce working capital,

    • Manage relationship with legal auditors, lawyers, tax advisors, authorities and bankers,

    • Assist business transfer and sale of assets due to business discontinuation.
