2008 - 2010I was sent alone to create and develop the subsidiary in charge of Latin American market. I commercialized a range of security appliances developed by our French laboratory. The product was an appliance dedicated to protect private networks from all kinds of attacks of intruders.
My job was divided in critical goals:
-Build the subsidiary, detect and select the countries for the distribution network.
-Administrative and financial direction: processes and negotiations with several administrations.
-Technical direction: training and monitoring of technical staff in these countries.
-Sales direction (turnover 2009: 75000USD): marketing plan, contracts and distribution follow-up in the countries (many business travels).
2007 - 2008Company leader in high speed trains and urban transportation on rails.
Head of the installation of telecommunication system for two subway lines of Beijing:
-Training onsite of the Chinese teams installing the equipments.
-Reporting and communication between Chinese teams and the head office in France.
