After 5 years in Consulting for IT departments, I decided to co-found Nowa to address the following issue: we spend 6 weeks a year to look for information and know-how that exist within our professional organizations but that we are not able to identify! What a nonsense !
Peer-learning has always been used in artisanal industries; there is no reason it can't be the same in service-oriented companies.

    2007 - 2008 My 2nd entrepreneurial experience, still music-related, with Diogenes, a London-based small and dedicated digital "hub" for experimental and underground music labels.

    At Diogenes, I:
    - Coordinated the production and liaised with the label production and the online music retailers
    - Developed marketing campaign, researched for target customers and helped in strategy plans
    - Dealt with administrative processes

    2006 - 2007 Music Digitization for independent labels. My 1st experience in the start-up environment.

    Company mission: digitize physical CDs (new releases and back-catalogue), encode the content and upload them to numerous digital music platforms such as Itunes, Emusic, Beatport, Audible
    Clients: independant labels including [PIAS] and Beggars.

    My missions:
    - First point of contact for client requests in the production process
    - Monitored the production processes, set-up & implemented lean production solutions
    - Wrote Monthly reports for the COO and support for Board reports
    - Trained new interns; developed on-boarding documentation

    Tools highlight: I became proficient in using "RT", the Request Tracker ticketing system & developed a wiki-systematic approach for work-related documentation.
