    2011 - 2013 Hexagame is an online game publisher that offers a wide range of services to developers of all kind and all sizes who wish to settle on the long-term and conquer new market shares on French-speaking territories.

    Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business, partnership and joint venture opportunities for the organization to increase product sales and market share. Financial planning & analysis.

    * Directs all, or a major portion of, the identification, investigation and evaluation of new revenue generating opportunities; oversees financial analysis and due diligence reviews of new business opportunities and coordinates their legal review and structure.
    * Plans and oversees licensing and localization activities that will establish and expand international markets.
    * Oversees product licensing deals and contracts and ensures that they are formulated to benefit the organization. Structures, negotiates and closes major new business deals.

    • Create a department from the ground up to support the localization of games throughout the world
    • Develop a strategic plan to staff and lead a department to meet short- and long-term localization goals
    • Meet the challenge presented by supporting multiple MMO titles, with ongoing localization for each title on a daily basis
    • Collaborate with development studios to create efficient localization tools and pipelines with minimal impact on core development efforts
    • Partner with key stakeholders in Development and Publishing to guide and facilitate translation and localization across all mediums
