    Courbevoie 2013 - maintenant • In charge of Paris On Board Services Station (14 line maintenance technicians, 2 logistics supervisors and 1 line maintenance engineer; EASA PART145 certified station).
    • Responsible for customers’ relationship development and satisfaction regarding TKM services provided to Thales IFE equipped Airlines (Air France, Air Canada, Saudi Arabian Airlines).
    • Accountable for station’s profit and loss, Multi Year Budget and investments. Management and skills improvement of human resources (personal review, trainings, hiring) and industrial means (facilities, tools, vehicles…).
    • Preparation of startup activities in close collaboration with OBS Operations specialists to ensure on time entry into service for new contract/airlines: manpower, means, logistics and spares.
    • Responsible for the good application of maintenance programs by ensuring allocation of appropriate resources.
    • Accountable for meeting performances commitments and all necessary actions following audit surveys conducted by Customers, Quality Dept. and French Civil Authorities (DGAC).
  • Thales Air Systems - Lead Buyer for Customer Support and Test Benches

    Courbevoie 2011 - 2013 • Leading the definition of purchase strategy for customer support and test benches (20 M€/year of acquisitions): spares and repairs procurements, services contracts (technical assistance, SW/HW engineering and design).
    • Leading the subcontractors and suppliers relationship: contracts negotiations, Key Performance Indicators monitoring.
    • Supporting logistics group for shipping and receiving issues encountered with deliveries from manufacturers and subcontractors.
    • Leading the corrective actions for recovering of delayed procurements and backlog items.

    TOULOUSE 2007 - 2011 In charge of the line manufacturing of microwave product families.
    • Accountable for workload analysis, human and industrial resources forecasts, planning and manufacturing costs.
    • Management of test team under supervision (~10 to 15 technicians).
