    2019 - maintenant An internship of 5 monts at "Little Gustave" a startup providing organic babyfood threw a monthly subscription with a very precise selection on raw products and nutrition to suit the needs of every child from 4 to 18 months old. I was co-responsible of the R&D and production/process part.

    - Team up with a nutritionist and a pediatrician to create new recipes of small pots of baby food.
    - Management of the creation of a new plant project. Benchmarks of suppliers, blueprints elaboration, budgeting.

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2018 - 2019 At CILAM, Yoplait, Candia & Réa franchisee in the Reunion Island (milk, dairy products, ice cream, cheese, fruit juice).

    - Recipe improvement on dairy products such as chocolate mousse and chocolate cream under the Yoplait brand name, overhaul of taste and texture, product formulation
    - Production supervision, large scale test of new formulations.
