En résumé

Je suis actuellement en troisième année en cycle d'ingénieur en apprentissage à l'INSA Toulouse avec l'entreprise Zodiac Aero Electric.

  • Zodiac Innovative Power Solution - Engineering Intern

    2017 - 2017 ZODIAC INNOVATIVE POWER SOLUTIONS (70 people) - SAFRAN GROUP

    Throughout those three years of the Engineer cycle, I am going to do an internship in another country therewith allows my job, relationship and personal skills. This travel is also for practice the English language which gets an indispensable asset.

    My internship was even agreed to Zodiac Innovative Power Solution based in Eatontown, New Jersey in the United States. This company manufactures power generators as well as converters with sixty peoples in the staff.

    I contribute at some missions :

    Reimplantation of serial productions line : optimization flow and processes analysis with VSM, spaghetti flow chart, 6S…
    - Cost management associate : requested investment, ROI…
    - Weekly reporting for the direction.
    - Creation and updating of industrial files.
    - Determination of visual management standard.
    Reimplantation of a chemical workshop : optimization flow and processes analysis with VSM, spaghetti flow chart, 6S…

    This internship either was enriching personally or professionally. I could meet some people whose accompany me all along that four months in the United States.

  • Zodiac Aero Electric - Ingénieur Méthodes amélioration continue

    2015 - maintenant ZODIAC AERO ELECTRIC (1000 personnes) - SAFRAN GROUPE

    Réorganisation et réimplantation d’ateliers stratégiques : galvanoplastie et bâtiments activités fabrication (usinage, tôlerie, fraisage, moulage, soudure, galvanoplastie, sertissage…).

    - Présentation d’avancement de projets à la direction site, co-direction et demandes d’investissement associées.
    - Mise en flux et optimisation de l’atelier Galvanoplastie (budget 1,5M€, ROI<3 ans) : CDC, VSM, spaghetti flow chart, ROI…
    - Transformation stratégie industrielle métiers en lignes produits : réimplantation du bâtiment fabrication (360 k€ investissement dans un tour numérique).
    - Participation à la mise en place de QRQC sur secteur tôlerie.

    ZODIAC AERO ELECTRIC (1000 people) - SAFRAN GROUP

    Reimplantation of strategic workshops : electroplating workshop and manufacturing activity building (machining, sheet metal, molding, welding, electroplating, crimping…).

    - Achievement and project presentation for the direction, co-direction and associate requested investment.
    - Optimization of the production flow in the electroplating workshop (1,5M€ budget, ROI<3 years) : VSM, spaghetti flow chart, ROI…
    - Processing industrial strategy trade-in product lines : reimplantation of manufacturing building (investment of 360 k€ in numerical turning machine).
    - Involvement in setting up of QRQC on sheet metal workshop.

  • Dassault Aviation - Concepteur au bureau d’étude aménagement (stagiaire)

    Saint-Cloud 2015 - 2015 DASSAULT AVIATION (1100 personnes sur le site de Merignac) - Fin de chaine d’assemblage de jet d’affaires (F7X,F8X,F5X…) et rafales.

    Lors de mon stage, j'ai été amenée à :
    - construire le cahier des charges afin de répondre au problème posé.
    - faire de la gestion de projets pour répondre aux besoins.
    - utiliser CATIA V5 & V4.

    - Participation au Roll-out du F5X.

    DASSAULT AVIATION (1100 people on Merignac site) - Ending assembly chain of a business jet (F7X, F8X, F5X…) and rafales (military plane).

    During my intership, I worked on :
    - build the requirements specification for responding to the problems.
    - management project to serve the needs.
    - CATIA V5 & V4.

    - Involvement in F5X roll-out.

  • Armée de l’air - Réserviste

    Paris 2012 - 2013 Formation militaire de deux semaines ou l'on teste les compétences physiques et psychiques.
    Sous contrat d'un an de réserve sur la base d'Orléans Bricy.

    Les points positifs :
    - maturité
    - rigueur
    - envie de se surpasser

    Réserviste depuis 2012 (possibilité d'être appelée si besoin)

    Two weeks of military formation where we tested physical and psychological skills.
    One year of contractual work on reservist in Orleans-Bricy base.

    Positive points :
    - maturity
    - discipline
    - desire to surpass themselves

    Reservist since 2012 (the Air Force Military can call me if necessary)
