Management of a team (12 people) whose mission is to be the unique interface between Western European Project teams and worldwide other Supply Chain departments (Procurement and Manufacturing). We deliver to the projects the expected goods in the required time by identifying the needs, and the solution in accordance with the global strategy of the Supply Chain.
Management (8 project planners, 2 repairing planners, 1 expediter, 1 SAP master data responsible):
o To define individual goals
o To support each planner in the execution of delivery plans
o To guide actions for implementation of the worldwide organization of the company
SC Planning responsible:
o To give visibility to Manufacturing and Procurement on forecasted activity (Projects and bids under negotiation)
o To build the annual budget, and the quarterly review, with the Cost Controlling.

Involved in a global cost reduction project launched by the Head of Supply Chain with the support of the Boston Counsulting Group, I have facilitated the procurement action plans, I tracked the results accordingly with the Cost Controlling, and give a global feedback to the project Steering Committee.

Belonging to the Head of Procurement, and in interface with the Sales & Marketing Dpt, my role was to optimize the procurement part embedded in offers to our Customer. I defined a customized procurement strategy for each bid, and I took in charge the Purchase Marketing for new families (on-board equipments, energy, installation, radio network)
