     Coordination with the project managers about the arrival of the material to the workshop .
     Qualitative and quantitative control of the material and equipements box received in the workshop (quantity, conformity in material certificates and specifications,Packing lists...).
     Verification of storage conditions.
     Dispatching of the material to the projects.
     Coordination with the different departements (Engineering, Construction ; HSE ; QA/QC and Logistics).
     Reporting to the prefabrication Manager, project Managers and branch General Manager.
     Coordination with the warehouse, workshop responsibles and formens (work planning ; work division …).
     Follow up of the work progress according the planning for all the projects ( steel structure, piping, supports…).
     Follow up of the drawings approved for Construction.
     Coordination with the different clients about the inspection of Incoming material according the ITP.
     Management of the NCRs.
     Vérification of theapplication of the standards ; specifications, ITP and quality procedures of all the clients.
     Verification of the prefabrication documentation of all the items for all the projects.
     Coordination with the clients for verification and inspection of the material before sending to site.
