Entreprises

  • Ecoles Nationale Superieure de Mines de Paris - R&D Engineer

2007 - 2010 Industrial partners: Renault, Valeo, Egide, Molex, Cetim, Griset, LNE, Serma Technologie, Inrets, UVSQ.
Framework: MENKAR project, MOV’EO competitiveness cluster.
Object: Development of a substrate and a brazing for power electronic modules (application: Electric and Hybrid vehicle).
Realization: Two new composite materials are developed to resolve the problems of the differential expansion in a mechatronic assembly. The first material is a substrate and is obtained by roll-bonding. The second material is the Pb free solder and is obtained by sintering.
Results: Both materials (substrate and solder) have a low coefficient of thermal expansion and a high thermal conductivity.
Acquired skills: Development and characterization of architectured materials, thermomechanical modeling and R&D project management.
  • Roberval laboratory, University of Technology of Compiègne, France - R&D Engineer

2006 - 2007 Laboratory and University partners: UTC and Roberval laboratory.
Object: Determination of the damages in composite materials with 2.5 dimensions reinforcement by numerical simulation method. The composite is used in aeronautical applications.
Realization: Evaluation of the stresses and the strains in the direction of fibres and matrix.
Results: Description of the mechanical stresses in the direction of fibres in order to determine the zones of damages.
Acquired skills: Multiscale mechanical behaviour, mechanic of heterogeneous materials. Numerical tools (Partran, I-Deas, Abaqus),
  • The laboratory of Materials, ENIS - Mechanical Engineer

2006 - 2006 Object : Design and realization of a fatigue test bench,
Realization: Testing bench: capacity 5KN, frequency 0.5 Hz.
Results: The fatigue test bench comprises main elements: a device for maintaining (grips) the test specimen, a device for applying the cyclic stress or strain, a furnace with regulator enable to work at different temperatures, an automatic device to control and record stresses and strains. This testing bench can be used to determine fatigue lifetime of samples and to determine the crack propagation velocity.
Acquired skills: Mechanical conception, machining, power electrics, regulator system, materials’ choices.
