    → Position in a team of 4 Visual Merchandisers in order to develop my knowledge, to broaden the vision of my work and evolve within a team

    December 2014 to June 2016: GAP Forum Des Halles (900 m²)
    → Self-management of the merchandising and the operations of the store as the only VM-Key holder of the store

    ➢ GAP is a global fashion business of 5 brands (GAP, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Athleta, and Intermix)

    Key responsibilities:

    - Take in charge the visual look of the store and its merchandise (Women/Men/Kids & Baby)
    - Analyze Key Performance Indicators in order to adapt the merchandising
    - Contribute to the profitability of the store with the merchandise handling, replenishment, and inventory management control efforts
    - Dynamic management of stocks
    - Layouts and space organization (sketches, PowerPoint)
    - Set out weekly and daily VM tasks
    - Merchandising of other stores if required (flagship store, etc.)
    - Coach the business team about merchandising standards
    - Management of business trade (in-store communication, stock, team communication, etc.)
    - Respect deadlines due to a structured organization
    - Participation to national conference calls
    - Competitive intelligence
    - Help in Press day organization
    - Opening of the store

    ✓ +20% increase of turnover in 2015 at GAP Forum Des Halles
