From an initial Management & Logistic Engineering profil, I strengthen my capabilities within the High consumption goods worldwide leader : Procter&Gamble

Thanks to the different opportunities I have had within the P&G company, I have been able to cover numerous logistics areas of expertise such as transport / warehousing / planification process engineer but also as project leader on global supply chain problematics (stock management / go-to-market strategy / new ERP implementation…), or even people and 3PLs management.

I’m dynamic and I have a good sense of relationships and communication, I aim to confront my passion of learning with my sense of accomplishment.

  • Procter & Gamble - Start-Up Leader

    Asnières-sur-Seine 2014 - maintenant in charge of the new company WMS implementation (on the French group warehouses), responsible of the project team (7 persons)
    - respect project timings and budget
    - identify needs and establish tool specifications with logistic 3PLs and business referents
    - configure the tool and test identified business cases to validate the conformity according to specifications
    - prepare and execute the transition plan
    - follow the 3PL onto the new tool productivity targets delivery
  • Procter & Gamble - Outside Warehouse Leader

    Asnières-sur-Seine 2012 - 2014 direct manager of a 6 people team, our aim was to lead three warehouses managed by 2 different 3PLs (250 people)
    - ensure service targets are met
    - ensure a profitable cost / service ratio
    - increase forecasting accuracy in terms of inventory / throughput flows (with commercial teams)
    - lead european productivity projects through Supply Chain reorganization to offer a competitive logistic towards our customers but also minimizing our products costs.
  • Procter&Gamble - Transportation & Warehousing Process engineer

    Asnières-sur-Seine 2009 - 2013 in charge of the French logistic capacities
    - identify Capacity vs Demand constraints on each operation area
    - lead Cost / Cash savings european projects via a Go-To-Market strategy
    - be the single point of contact for european central projects team but also be a referee to the customer team within a role of French logistic expert
  • Procter & Gamble - Internship / alternanceship Process engineer

    Asnières-sur-Seine 2007 - 2010 within the planning and execution department :
    - design and implement a new «production to order» process
    - standardize customer / supplier logistic relationship
    - lead inventory reduction projects

    Paris 2006 - 2007 manager of 3 commercial people, our mission was to develop a portfolio of partners / customers and guide them to deliver new initiatives
