Monsieur Djivèdé Ichola COOVI de nationalité Béninoise, ancien officier des armées est expert en sécurité internationale et défense, sécurité intérieure.
Il a acquis son expertise par la pratique sur le terrain et en se spécialisant sur les questions de sécurité internationale et de défense, de la libre circulation des personnes et des biens, du management de la sécurité en entreprise, la réforme du système de sécurité comme en témoignent ses expériences professionnelles (Armées, Sécurité des Nations Unies, Entreprise…) et son cursus universitaires.

Titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur des travaux en Electronique, d’un master en Sécurité internationale et Défense, il continue des études en sécurité intérieure. Il a à son actif plusieurs publications universitaires et essais personnels dans le domaine de la sécurité sur les problématiques que sont : les conflits frontaliers en Afrique, la problématique de la délinquance juvénile en milieu urbain, la Réforme du Secteur de la Sécurité, la criminalité transfrontalière…
En tant qu’expert en sécurité, il intervient auprès des entreprises et gouvernements en qualité de personnes ressources et consultants.
Cadre polyvalent avec une expérience avérée en matière de suivi, de planification et de la coordination des activités de la sécurité sur le terrain ce qui lui a valu plusieurs reconnaissances dont celle du président de la République du Benin, de la Cour Pénale Internationale et des Nations Unies…
