    Ignition study in a two-phase flow combustion chamber (liquid + gas):
    - Numerical simulations (3D LES solver AVBP) of ignitions with energy deposit, analysis of the ignition processes up to a fully ignited chamber.
    - Combustion modelling : development of an analytical criteria giving the ignition probability field from non-reactive LES fields (i.e. without any numerical test).

    Acoustic study of the LES predictability (KIAI project): comparison of 2 acoustic spectrum discriminated by a technological detail for an industrial injector.

  • Sandia National Laboratories - Internship

    2008 - 2008 Study of stratified flame structure with DNS and complex chemistry (1D DNS solver OPUS). Implementation of Fortran/C routines for particle tracking S3D (3D DNS solver) to study micromixing.
