  Vélizy-Villacoublay 2011 - 2013 As part of the development of wheels and brake and landing gear systems (Extension/Retraction, Braking, Steering) of the LJ200 (new Bizjet built in Composite materials by LEARJET), interface position between LEARJET and Messier-Bugatti-Dowty. Major tasks performed:
  • Support to weekly design reviews and technical discussions with Learjet and MBD as well as weekly participation to MBD’s internal program reviews
  • Focal point for the communication between MBD’s teams (system design office, wheels and brakes and program) and LEARJET’s teams (design office, program, flight testing, maintenance, methods and configuration management)
  • Focal point for the technical relationship with Rockwell Collins and Heroux-Devtek (landing gear supplier) and occasionally with U.S. suppliers of hydraulic components
  
  Support to MBD’s systems activities:
  • Support to MBD’s documentation review (IDD, SDS, BITE spec, ...) and support to the review of the interface documentation with other suppliers: Rockwell Collins (avionics), Eaton (hydraulic power), Thales (spoiler) and Heroux-Devtek
  • Writing of the Trouble Shooting Data Manual (TSM)
  • Writing of a Simulator Data Package Report containing the information for the LJ200 flight simulator (designed by LEARJET)
  • Update of System Description Document (SyDD)
  
  Support to MBD’s avionics activities:
  • Update of the interface avionics numerical databases and of the interactive maintenance pages for the integrated Rockwell-Collins avionics system
  • Test conduction on the avionics test rig (SITS) with the associated update of the avionics testing procedures and writing of the associated test reports
  
  Support to LEARJET activities:
  • Writing of Functional Test Engineering Requirements (FTERs), reference documents used by LEARJET to write Functional Test Procedure (FTP)
  • Review of FTPs and Flight Test procedures (development and certification)

• Aéroconseil - Ingénieur Soutien Série ATA 32 Wide Body et Single Aisle

  Blagnac 2010 - 2011 - Support à la résolution de problèmes techniques rencontrés en service par les compagnies aériennes et par les opérateurs de maintenance.
  - Réponse aux questions des compagnies aériennes concernant la gestion de configuration de leur flotte et sur la documentation technique (AMM / IPC / CMM / MPD / ...).
  - Participation au projet d'extension de durée de vie des équipements hydromécaniques du système d'atterrissage de la famille Wide Body (A300/A310/A300-600).
  - Réponse aux questions techniques relatives à l'ATA 32 rencontrées par les rédacteurs des manuels de maintenance (AMM / IPC / MPD / ...) de l'avionneur.
