    2010 - 2011 Multi Sales & Products is a growing business supplying spare parts and commodities to cruise ships.
    My mission is to develop partnerships with current suppliers and new suppliers. I identified few added value products (Telecoms, Bearings, Electrical parts), negotiated prices and sometimes exclusivity on some brands. I promoted these items to current customers and new customers, and increased sales of 10% in the last semester of 2010. I also found 5 new companies that are now working with MSP.

    CARQUEFOU 2008 - 2008 The company is specialized in the oversize transport, crane intervention and service to the industry and civil engineering.
    My mission was to reduce general overheads for the company (70 agencies in all France and Europe). I worked on reducing costs of energy, express mailing, phone, car rental, business travels.

    2008 - 2010 The company's core business is the manufacture of mechanical parts made from iron and aluminium casting, forging or stock.

    - My sales tasks were to develop the activity of our company, by finding new customers from other sectors than the automobile industry. Also, i had to find customers for our new plant located in north of Mexico.
    - My purchasing tasks were to handle sourcing, negotiation and supplier selection for a solar energy project on which our company was working on. In 2009 purchasing expenses were budgeted to 5.5Millions Euros (Bearings, motors, gear assemblies, painting, lubricating oil,...) plus a 200K Euros of inversion for the company (Painting cabins, additional machining CNC,...).

    2006 - 2007 Multi Sales & Products became independent from ALSTHOM Marine in 2005 and needed to build its own fame and network with suppliers and Cruise lines.
    During this mission, I was asked to take in charge purchasing operation with Europe and also logistic operations.
    In order to succeed I sent forecasts and budgets to key suppliers. I negotiated with few of them price lists, so we can be sure to have competitive prices and a secured supply for the coming years.
    Regarding logistic, I participated in finding MSP's Logistic platform in France so we can continue to stock and handle goods easily and also insure deliveries across the world.
