En résumé

Objective:
To lead a dynamic team in the definition and implementation of a business’ strategy & marketing plans. Motivated by change and novelty, I am keen to join the development of a new project, unit or company.

Top Skills:
• Strategy & Marketing Planning
Managed a consulting team (of 5) in the building of a strategy for a top chemical producer’s seaborne department (EUR 260 millions Revenues). The project (10 moths) included: regional competitive analysis, customer segmentation (incl. profitability analysis), value chain’s flexibility diagnosis, and recommendations for a commercial strategy (incl. price negotiation). It also involved managing the client relationship (EVP Strategy & the international Sales team).

• Financial Analysis
Built a valuation model of a leading building materials company (EUR 15 billion Revenues) that allowed my employer, a private bank, to re-launch the stock’s coverage. Promoted investments ideas for stock market operations by pitching target stock prices (& supporting arguments) to traders.

• Negotiations
Defended the interests of French industrials & final clients at the Regulatory Commission of Energy’s 2007 working groups. The objective was to establish the new framework for the recently liberalized gas market (35 TWh/year). In particular, worked on the transport & balancing regulations.
