  • Ministere des Affaires Etrangeres et Europennes - Project Manager / Pôle de Developpement en Kapisa Surobi

    2011 - 2013 Responsible for developing and managing French Embassy programs in Kapisa and Surobi (90 M€) in the fields of Energy, Commerce, Education, Health, Governance, Justice and Agriculture. Created financial tools that were used to monitor project activities and advised on technical components throughout implementation. Representative of the Stabilization Unit for the relevant line Ministries and donors (USAID, DFID, EU, etc.).Responsible for establishing links with numerous civil society organizations. Worked in cooperation with Provincial and District authorities to guarantee an effective handover of completed projects. Developed concept notes and proposals with selected implementing partners (NGOs and private companies) and various ministries, including the creation of performance monitoring and evaluation plans.

    2011 - 2011 Responsible for setting up the administrative and financial management system of Altai Consulting. Developed integrated financial and administrative tools to improve the monitoring and forecasting of corporate and project activities. Produced a range of narrative quarterly and financial reports in compliance with various donors. Edited and enhanced clients – World Bank, USAID, Roshan, Internews – financial reports. Designed, in coordination with HQ in Paris, a training program for national staff and provided support to KPMG Afghanistan for external auditing. Managed all administrative and finance activities, including human resources, tax systems, and supplier and bank relationships.
  • PSA Peugeot Citroen - Analyste Risque Fournisseur

    Rueil Malmaison 2009 - 2009 Worked in the PSA Peugeot Citroen supply purchase department. Assessed and analyzed the strategic business and financial situation of numerous automotive suppliers impacted by the 2009 European economic crisis. Developed procurement securitization strategies for suppliers at risk in line with their respective country legislation. Organized field visits to automotive construction plants to assess plans and measures for downsizing. Conducted sector analyses and developed financial tools to rate suppliers’ performance.
