Currently in charge of the development of the collections for the luxury menswear brand OAMC.
Managing the collection process until the production process, working closely with the design and researches teams, under our creative director and development and production director. Elaboration and follow up of the collection/production schedule, managing the collection and development budget to achieve the results of a high level product in the best financial conditions.
Following up each style/development from the prototype step to the production launch. I am working on all product typologies: shoes, ready to wear, sneakers, knitwear, cut and sew, accessories, jewels.
Building and updating all the products data sheets using our internal system, generating and placing all orders (to suppliers and makers), cost cards elaboration, follow up of the deliveries of all materials required for collection/production.
In charge of other projects such as packaging, trims/accessories researches.
