  PARIS 2003 - 2007 After finishing the 'DESS' 'Techniques for Decision Making' at Paris 1 University, I went on course training at Sagem SA, as part of the SAP R/3 Project (Information System project), in charge of the implementation of some reports on the system. This training became a job where the responsibility of all the reporting of the company was let to me.
  I the managed, for two years, the BW project that was launched all over the company, in all domains.

  2000 - 2001 Worked on the "Evaluation of the municipal decentralization in Colombia" project for the National Direction for Territory Development.
  Constructed and exploited the national database.
  Completed and used a macroeconomic consistency model.
