    2015 - 2015 Frogvalley - an association which aims to gather entrepreneurs in order to exchange knowledge.
    In my role as an Event Manager and Meeting Facilitator
    * Launching of "Les P'tits Dej Entrepreneurs" - breakfast where entrepreneurs could
    exchange on a topic, assist to a presentation or train their pitch
    * Organisation of the event and communication on social networks
  • Fédération des Industries Mécaniques - Business Development Manager in the United Kingdom

    2013 - maintenant FIM - association for the promotion and development of French SMEs involved in the mechanical industry. I was the only sales representative for 3 French SMEs which aimed to develop their business in the UK and Ireland:

    AHG - Expert in fastening system for the aircraft industry - standard products - high volume
    * Managed a 2.6M euros portfolio of key accounts (such as Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, etc.) and key distributors (such as KLX, Wesco, Pattonair, etc.)
    * Represented the company at the Farnborough Air Show 2014 and Paris Air Show 2015
    * Signed 10 new distributors
    * Exceeded my yearly sales target by 16% and realised 72 business meetings in the UK

    Lathuille-Hudry - Expert in global precision machining - tailor made products - low volume
    * Conducted a market research and export strategy
    * Managed prospection, lead generation and qualification
    * Participated in the tender review and negotiations with the prospects
    * Signed 2 high potential customers ( >1M euros/year)

    Mure&Peyrot - French leader for safety knives - products on catalogue - distribution (1 year)
    * Managed a 100K euros portfolio
    * Built an export strategy for each M&P product
    * Visited the existing distributors and trained their sales team
    * Signed the biggest distributor in the UK: Bunzl ( 50K euros/year)

    * In France, I identified and helped signing the biggest contract in M&P history ( 150K
    euros)

    In my role as a Project Manager for the FIAT 500L:
    * Managed and coordinated a project team of 40 people worldwide
    * Provided targets and schedules. organised weekly reviews to assess the milestones
    * Managed the risk, implemented and monitored the action plans
    * Improved the supply chain (5S, Kaisen, 6σ) and managed the stock
    * Helped monitoring the project KPIs and profitability
    * I was the link between Mecaplast-suppliers-FIAT
  • Shell-Eco Marathon - Team Leader and Sponsoring Manager

    2010 - 2011 Shell Eco-marathon – a race where student teams from around the world are challenged to design, build and race an ultra energy-efficient vehicle.

    In my role as a Team Leader and Sponsoring Manager
    * Managed and coordinated 13 engineering students - we realised our best school’s performance
    * Responsible for the sponsoring campaign - I collected 19900 euros (+37% of our target) with 15 different companies
