  Main Responsibilities: Technical cordination with OCP and Jacobs-esa, Management of mechanical subcontractors, cordination of mechanical interferances with Daewoo Steel structure and Piping team, Site coordination and follow up of HSE parameters, schedule, Method statements, Quality inspections, and non conformities.
  Main equipments installed with related Vendors:
  Sulfuric Acid Plant: Sulfur Burner, Converter, Cold and Hot Interpass Heat Exchangers, Combination pump Tank (Stroc and DLM); Waste Heat Boiler, Economizers, HP Superheater (Technotherm); Acid Pumps and Feedwater Pumps (Flowserve and Lewis); Main compressor (Siemens); Deaerator and Blowdown Tanks (Sterling Company); HRS Boilers and Heat Exchangers (MECS); Product & Drying Acid Heat Exchangers (CHIMETICS)
  
  Water Treatment: Decarbonator, Anion and Cation and Filter vessels (Anderson Water System); Vertical pumps for Sea water and Raw Water (Sulzer); Clean water Heat Exchanger (Four Lagadec); Water pumps (Flowserve).
  
  Turbine and Generator Building: Generator (General Electric); Steam Turbine (Nuevo pignone); Condenser (Holtec); Air Compressors (SMAC), Condensate Precoolers (Four Lagadec).
  
  Acid Phosphoric Cooling Tower: Erection of Cooling Tower (Hamon)
  
  Product conveyor: Erection of Transfer Towers, installation of product Transfer conveyor, Stacker conveyor,
  Reclaim conveyor, and Screen Feed conveyor (IMASA)
  
  Final Product Storage Building: Installation of Reclaimer (THYSSENCRUPP)

• Maghreb Steel - MECHANICAL ENGINEER

  Casablanca 2011 - 2012 Mission 1: Management of the roll shop department for the hot steckel and plate mill.
  Managed Staff : 4 teams of 32 people in total (Profile: mechanical technicians)
  Managed facilities : Grinding machines, Strip mill rolls, Bearings, PDR and Consumables
  Main responsibilities: Reorganization of the department, Document control, man power management, production and performance management, Department representative.
  Mission 2: Site coordinator for the construction of steel caster plant.
  Main responsabilities: Schedule revision and supervision, civil work and steel structure supervision, technical coordination with civil and steel structure subcontractors and suppliers.

• Veolia Environnement - Analysis and Methods engineer

  Paris 2008 - 2011 Mission : Supervision of the systematic maintenance and the reparation of the bus.
  
  Managed Staff : 35 persons (Profils : Mecaniciens, Method Agents)
  Managed Equipment : Bus, Vehicles, Maintenance station, PDR and consumables.
  Main responsibilities:
  
  * Management and funding of the Technical service. Preparation and audit of all technical procedures.
  * Development of systematic maintenance plans and daily reparation.
  * Update and Monitoring of performance indicators and dashboards of technical service.
  * Responsible for monitoring of the subcontractors. ;
