Adept of a systemic approach, I remain convinced that it is important to work with individuals in their whole social, work and personal environments... I give a particular interest to research and innovation, especially in our field of practice. I have a very participative vision of training and support, not particularly appreciating the classic teacher - pupil schemas. Curious about new recruiting, training methods and digital accompaniments (blended learning, BYOD, ...), I also think that it is important to evaluate in the long term many projects, from training engineering, to recruitment and assessment methodology. It is essential in our job to constantly adapt to the new tools available and confront our knowledge.
