    2009 - 2012 * Responsible for the deployment of dunnhumby category solutions in France from needs definition untill training
    In 2011, I worked on the launch of 3 tools for different retailers (dunnhumby shelf review, monoprix shop and casino shop) and trained more than 200 users.
    Due to the structure of dunnhumby, for each deployement, I had to work with UK based, French and Indian team and to coordinate these 3 sites.

    This includes training and follow up for casino team but also consulting for private label and stratregic projects
    In the same time, I've been the dunnhumby France retail expert on assortment range review (assortment and merchandising)

    - Active participation in the setting up of a assortment range review process based on customer data

    Paris 2003 - 2004 En collaboration avec les differents Key Account manager, j ai travaille sur la gestion au quotidien d un grand compte. En contact direct avec les magasins GSB et GSS, j ai aide a developper la communication entre GE et ses clients au niveau du terrain.
    Travaillant avec une force de vente externe, j ai mis en place un process d analyse de performance commerciale tant au niveau quantitatif que qualitatif.
    Enfin, mon experience chez GE m a permis de travailler a ma these professionnelle traitant de l impact de la delocalisation des services sur la gestion de la relation client.
  • Veolia Water - Chargee de mission

    Paris 2001 - 2003 Tout d abord stagiaire puis interimaire pour finir CDD, j ai travaille a l amelioration de la communication des differents intervenants de la generale des eaux ile de france (centre d appels, facturation, agence) et ce en participant a la mise en place d une plateforme oracle.
    Mon travail au sein du Back office de la generale des eaux m a permis de developper un outil d evaluation de la performance des employes du plateau telephonique quant au traitement des courriers ecrit que je leur distribuais en fonction de leurs competences.
