  • La Dcc - Délégation Catholique Pour La Coopération - Directeur de garage

    Paris 2017 - 2019 Le garage donc j’ai la direction, permet au personnel du diocèse et des ONG de mener à bien leurs activités de développement et humanitaires dans la région de Bouar (RCA). Le parc est composé d’une centaine de véhicules. Les activités du garage vont au-delà de la mécanique générale, de par les compétences des 8 techniciens (tôlerie, soudure, tournage mécanique, usinage, maintenance des groupes électrogènes, transport de benne, …).

    Pour cette mission de 2 ans, mes principaux objectifs à long terme :
    - compléter la formation des techniciens
    - apporter une méthode rigoureuse de gestion
    - rendre le garage autonome financièrement
    - former du personnel local pour reprendre la gestion

  • MONTUPET SA - Responsable Supply Chain

    Laigneville 2014 - 2017 Responsable Supply Chain de l’usine Montupet à Laigneville (600 personnes), mes principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :
    - membre du Comité de Direction, responsable d'un service de 18 personnes
    - approvisionnement : suivi des fournisseurs, définition de la stratégie et gestion des paramètres de réappro, en lien étroit avec le département Achats du groupe
    - magasin : gérer et piloter les stocks (9000 articles codifiés), limiter les écarts d’inventaire, suivre l’obsolescence
    - plan de production : proposer et mettre à jour le PDP, vision d’ensemble de la charge usine et de la répartition des équipes, reporting usine
    - expéditions : de la préparation des chargements au suivi de la performance sur les portails des clients
    - contact client : gestion logistique au quotidien de 6 usines clients, en lien étroit avec le département Commercial du groupe
    - référent logistique sur le projet de changement d'ERP (paramétrage, tests, ...)

  • MONTUPET SA - Supply Chain Supervisor

    Zaragoza 2010 - 2014 I have been hired in November 2010 within the General Management of Alumalsa (Montupet Group). I am responsible for putting in place a logistics of production :
    - to analyse the flows and to suggest improvements
    - to provide feedback from the different departments
    - to identify the production bottlenecks
    - to build a system to predict the deliveries and to correpond with the clients
    - to correspond with the subcontractors
    - working group leader
    - to manage a team of forklift operators

  • Signature Industrie - Engineering Apprentice - Project Manager - Industrialisation

    Urrugne 2008 - 2010 I've been carrying out my training period at Signature Industry, located at Urrugne. Signature is the French leader in the field of roadsigns. Each year, approximately 300,000 signboards leave the factory. The majority of these products are painted (posts, accessories, sides and back of the panels), the decoration being created on films by serigraphy or digital printing.

    The principal project of my training concerns the improvement of the paint line. I have to establish the specifications of a new system of painting for the posts and the supports with the following objectives :
    - to reduce the surface used by 2/3 compared to the current system
    - to allow the change of a color within 30 seconds
    - to reduce consumption of energy by 50%

    During this period, I had to finish the phase of feasibility study, i.e. to launch all the tests under real conditions and to validate the processes with the suppliers. Finally it was necessary to work out the technical requirements which will make it possible for the supplier to provide us an estimate of the costs, and to launch the study of the equipment.
