I was one of the early joiner to the team of Louis Dreyfus Communications (LDCOM, renamed Neuf Cegetel) : a business from scratch which through rapid organic and acquisitive growth (15 operators merged in 5 years) has provided me with diverse and intense HR experiences (status harmonization, culture integration, collective social plans, multi reorganization, HR new policy settlement, compensation and benefits, payments and labour relations ...)
Neuf Cegetel was listed in Paris (SBF 120) and sold in 2008 to SFR.
