En résumé

Avec plus de 15 ans d'expérience IT dans différents secteurs (industrie, opérateurs télécom, banque, ...), je me suis tourné vers le conseil informatique au sein de COMEXANS une société fondée en 2009. Outre me casquette de Consultant Senior, j'ai également pris un mandat de cogérance dans le but de m'impliquer davantage dans le développement stratégique de l'entreprise.

COMEXANS est un cabinet de conseil exclusivement spécialisé dans les infrastructures systèmes, les réseaux et les télécommunications des organisations et des entreprises.

COMEXANS s'adresse aux organisations régionales et nationales, et leur apporte son expertise et son expérience au travers diverses missions telles que : définition de schémas directeurs, refonte d'infrastructures systèmes, réseaux et télécoms, renouvellement de services opérés, pilotage de déménagements, mise en place de services externalisés…

    Vélizy-Villacoublay 2010 - 2010 Technical support mission at Alstom Transport within the "Non Vital radio" team. 2 main topics:
    - New network infrastructure for tram & auto-pilot subway communication system (train-born/ground and ground/ground) : architecture and engineering rules of the Ethernet ground network.
    - NetBox (module enabling communication between trains and maintenance center): EAP-TLS Wi-Fi & subsequent certificate management requirement specification.
    Mission duration: 2 month
  • Volvo IT / Renault Trucks SAS - Project Manager

    Saint Priest 2008 - 2010 IT Project Manager, Technical Consulting Services team. Infrastructure project management for Volvo Group (worldwide):

    - Optinet Next Generation : redesign of the Renault Trucks commercial network (private and owned dealers, market companies) using Internet as a carrier and providing new associated services – Since October 2010.

    - Telephony renewal for Blainville plant: legacy telephony infrastructure migration to the central Volvo IP Telephony environment (Cisco based) with DECT solution (ASCOM) (2000 phones) – Since January 2010.

    - Central Printing: Rationalization project for Mainframe, SAP and Unix applications that are printing documents on a regular basis (~4.5 million pages/year). Documents can be whether made available on an Intranet web server (after a PDF conversion), whether sent to an external print provider that will deliver the documents to end-user in the morning – Since June 2008.

    - Unified Messaging: Voicemail service migration from Cisco Unity to Microsoft Exchange 2007 Unified Messaging for Volvo group – Since March 2009.

    - NeMO : New Mobility Offer – pre-study regarding how to combine professional and personal usage of new smartphones (iPhone, Windows Mobile, Andoid). Collaboration with a telecom operator to design different offers, Technical IT integration with Volvo environment (Active-Sync/3G connection with authentication certificate support, business application integration, VPN and/or Wi-Fi corporate connection, security policies…) – From January 2010 to April 2010.

    - NOC: Network Operation Center – Network service production team reorganization based on a « follow the sun » concept and deployment of a global network monitoring center in India – From September 2008 until June 2009.

    - Windows Program/Rationalized Server Management: Windows Server team & processes reorganization. Daily operation activities transferred to an external IT provider in India – From January 2008 until March 2009.

    - MyAccess migration: New remote access service design and roll-out for Volvo Group based on iPass solution (for PSTN and Wi-Fi Internet Hotspots access) and VPN/IPSec – From January until December 2008.

    - Novell Phase-Out: Migrate files and print shares on 43 Novell servers (within Renault Trucks) to the Volvo Microsoft environment. From January until December 2008.
  • Volvo IT / Renault Trucks SAS - Network engineer

    Saint Priest 2003 - 2007 Team Leader, IM Network & Telecom department.
    - Connect Services: Remote access service based on VPN/IPSec for external and internal customers. Internet service provider within Renault Trucks campus for on-site consultant (GRE tunnelling).
    - Network Management: Deploy, maintain and provide network management tools (fault monitoring, performance & capacity planning).
    - Internet Services: design LAN2LAN VPN/IPSec connection services over Internet.

    Senior network engineer, IM Network & Telecom department:
    - Architecture and design of the Renault Trucks dealer network: migration from Frame Relay to an MPLS/VPN solution operated by Orange Business Service.
    - Internet as a carrier: design & setup of low-cost network connections for internal & external customers.
    - Network management products lifecycle management Volvo group network.
    - Firewalls administration (CheckPoint Firewall-1).

    - 2000-2001: TELECOM-DEVELOPPEMENT - CER Bron - 9 months
    Mission: Network administration and design, Security handling, LAN/WAN 3rd level support within MCO team.

    - 1999-2000: TRANSPAC - CSC Lyon - 17 months
    Mission: Single point of contact for a portfolio of 11 customers renting WAN (5 to 30 sites) to Transpac then handling the biggest customer with 300 Frame Relay link and et 20 000 ISDN access (production follow-up, quality and SLA reporting, consulting …).

    - 1998-1999: CCF Securities - Paris - 9 months
    Mission: System & network administration of the stock exchange marketplace.
