    Suresnes 2011 - 2015 Successfully established & developed a new regional R&D organization with overall responsibility for managing new product introduction (NPI) of LED luminaire products & systems for the European professional market.

    - Price for most innovative LED product architecture @ Euroshop Fair in 2014 for Retail application
    • Successfully implemented a new LED luminaire design approach based on maximizing use of key modular interfaces. First Global implementation in the accent portfolio resulting in
    - 3 to 6 months shorter development time per product
    - Total investment saving of ~700k€ on the product ranges launched in a year timeframe

    2009 - 2011 Member of Plant Management Team responsible of identification, realisation and progress review of key projects aiming to improve lamps business operation’s performance. Main responsibilities consisting in
    ✦ Supporting the development of new Business Cases providing all technical and engineering data required to calculate final investment, ROI and cost prices.
    ✦ Leading review to assess update on project completion, obstacles, problem resolution, and timelines with appointed project leaders and team members as well as project key stakeholders.
    ✦ Linking pin between all internal departments to ensure that project activities, deadlines and targets are progressing and accomplished as agreed.

    of a new Philips lighting system for industrial high bay applications. Main responsibilities consisting in

    ✦ Identifying and managing the project risks and defining fall back scenarios.
    ✦ Managing the project interfaces (development, mechanization, production, supply chain, sales & marketing).
    ✦ Continuous review of project progress (ensuring that milestones are realized in time), checking the accordance with customers and business requirements and initiate corrective actions if needed.
