  • BNP PARIBAS SECURITIES SERVICES - IT SUPPORT UBIX

    Pantin 2011 - 2013 As part of the international activity of Clearing at BP2S

    • Provide daily support on software Ubix, Clearvision Options Watch, Stream Gateways and Lisa.
    • Respond timely, requests Support and Operational Incidents issued by the Paris,U.S. and Asia hubs (level 2).
    • Communicate regularly on the progress of different subjects.
    • Assist users (France, U.S., Singapore and India) in the resolution of incidents and service requests.
    • Coordinate problem resolution and implementation of action plans with suppliers Sungard / Ateo and ITPS
    • Assist project teams in the IT implementation of their development and monitoring post-production
    • Contribute to the quality process already deployed.
    • Development of VBA Macro.

    Pantin 2010 - 2011 Au sein de l'équipe projet, dédiée à l'implémentation de nouveaux marchés (ASIE/AUSTRALIE/AMERIQUE DU SUD), je travaille sur différentes missions en tant qu'ingénieur d'étude :

    - Mise en place de nouveaux indicateurs de risque et de leur optimisation afin de suivre les clients.

    - Participation à l'implémentation de nouveaux marchés au niveau technique (creation/configuration/IST/UAT)
