- Sharing new colors risks for new collection twice a year

* feasibility studies driven for customers (watches box and jewellery box like BOUCHERON and MIDO) with technical drawings orders and development of products
* management support of 30 people (prototype to production team) for launching orders with daily follow-up and product development validation
* visits, social audit and choice of 3 suppliers for shop in shop furniture production and metal logo plate with special chemical treatments
* ensure leading of pre and post production meeting to detect purchase issues (new supplier found to centralize all production steps for a metal logo plate instead of supplying it to 3 different suppliers) or raw material qualities issues (cotton thread chosen to replace nylon thread in order to get the best seam efficiency) during manufacturing processes
* client portfolio management with quotation and invoice writing
* quality audit with recommendations written linked to quality standards of luxuries brands then team training to improve the production quality level

* management of meetings with suppliers in collaboration with the merchandising manager and their team (SITOY, SUPER L, SABRINA CO… ) :
* follow up and control of production milestones and shipments (by air and by sea) in order to avoid bottlenecks and to get deliveries on time
* follow up and control of prototype milestones and spare pieces (handles, shoulder straps, edging…) such as 3% of manufactured products (shoulder bag as « Elsa », « Premier flirt », …)

* suggestion and supervision of supplier action plans according customer quality standards (traceability, process and machines improvement…) linked to defects seen on the crust skins
* set up a selection guide according to LOUIS VUITTON quality standard and training of sorter suppliers (5 peoples) and internal sorter (10 peoples) regarding the rawhides quality (grade skins)
* ensure daily supervision of quality production (inspection in line and crust skins) to help the sorter in their sorting out choice to avoid physical, mechanical and chemical defects
* set-up and follow-up of indicators and dashboard tools to control production process (daily Gauss curves to fill in to follow up pH, degré baumé and temperature)
* set-up quality dashboards for the sorting out of hides and crust skins and action plans to solve issues
