  Londres 2013 - 2015 Program Management and coordination of mining-related systems, including expansion of already existing wide integrated systems and implementation of new corporate standard systems.
  Business performance analysis through corporate reporting using the existing systems in place, and definition and implementation coordination of new processes and systems for future benchmarking.
  
  Achievements:
  - Automation of reporting and dashboards for local management, corporate management and shareholders
  - Benchmarking of business performance against baseline before the integrated systems implementation
  - Justification of payback based on increased performance and reduction of human errors

  Londres 2012 - 2013 Mining Operations Systems (MOS) Program Manager for our Mining Operations in Spain.
  Project Management, Coordination and Control for the implementation of the Mining Specific information systems (Mine Control, Material Tracking, Data Historian, LIMS, Reporting and Integration)
  
  Achievements:
  - Coordination of over 20 consultants (more than 50 people involved in the project) from 6 different teams in 5 different continents and 3 different languages.
  - Management of a 1.5 years, multi-million dollars program. Delivered on budget and schedule.
  - Successfully managed to change the day-to-day routine of more than 20 business representatives

  Londres 2009 - 2012 Analyst Engineer for the Mining Division of Trafigura, involved in the technical analysis and building up of projects for the mining division and of new activities projects of the group, worldwide: Waste Management, Scrap Recycling, Landfill management.

  - Active participation in the creation (Scoping, pre-feasibility, feasibility, bankability) of a Waste Management and Recycling activity in Angola: technical modelling, budgeting, ROI

  Courbevoie 2008 - 2009 Microsoft .Net technologies consultant for Travel Technology Interactive (TTI). Analysis and development of new functionalities of the Aeropack software, an Airline Management solution covering flight booking and passenger check-in and boarding, for customers (airlines) based in South America, Africa and Europe.
  
  Achievements:
  - Optimization of airline booking systems
  - Re-engineering of the code-share booking functionality
  - Refactoring of the luggage label printing module

  Casablanca 2005 - 2008 IT Engineer for the customer Spir Communication, leader in proximity communication. I joined the team that re-developed the whole Information System of Adrexo (25000 employees), subsidiary of the group.
