  ► Successfully led a significant number of strategic cross-border projects, as mandated by the board of directors group's top management. Transaction values up to $ 2.5 Bn. Management of project teams up to 120 people. Project types : acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic alliances and partnerships, hybrid transactions including IT Outsourcing bids and commercial contracts.
  
  ► Played an instrumental role in the acquisition of Xerox IT Outsourcing Services for $ 1,050 million and in the successful tender offer on Bull for € 620 million, with a focus on strategic and financial aspects.
  
  ► Contributed to Worldline’s post-IPO business development, notably thanks to the creation of the new pan-European leader in payment services generating more than €1,500 million revenue, as a result from the merging of the processing activities of Worldline and Equens .
