    • Le conseil, l’audit fonctionnel et opérationnel, le diagnostic d’organisation et de stratégie auprès de directions générales ou de directions opérationnelles, centrés sur le développement des compétences individuelles et collectives
    • L’ingénierie pédagogique et l’animation de formations : techniques d’entretiens de recrutement et d’évaluation (annual reviews), management, leadership, talent management, sensibilisation inter-culturelle, , valeurs et culture d’entreprise.
    Je m’appuie sur des outils tels que : référentiels de compétences, Competency Based Interviews, technique de questionnement STAR, approche narrative, … et sur mes 20 années d’expérience !

    • The advice, the functional and operational audit, the diagnosis of organization and strategy with head offices or operational directions, with a focus on the development of individual and collective skills
    • The educational engineering and the animation of training sessions : interviewing techniques for recruitment and annual reviews, management, leadership, talent management, inter-cultural sensitization, corporate values and culture
    I lean on tools such as: competency models, Competency Based Interviews, STAR questioning technique, narrative approach, … and over my 20 years of experience !
