    Project: new polypropylene plant, 300 kTa

    In charge of construction cost control including:
    - Direct field sub-contracts (for concrete, steel structure, buildings, mechanical erection, piping, U/G networks, E&I works)
    - Indirect filed sub-contracts (for security services, electrical distribution, potable water, containers rental),
    - Construction management (site supervision services and site running costs),
    - Vendors assistance,
    - Field purchase orders,
    - Local EP services.

    For all above items: cost monitoring of budgets, commitments, approved changes, expenditures, and on-going assessment of final estimated cost.
