    Saint Denis 2013 - 2014 Change Management Project Manager covering six sites across France (Tours), UK (Birkenhead & Tamworth) and Poland (Poznan). Facilitating 4 MD's and their 35+ Front Line Managers to achieve FWE (Faiveley Worldwide Excellence) Program certification by implementation of Faiveley Management System plus Business Intelligence Tools, M3 ERP, CRM, APQP.

    Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer and Program Director.

    Spending >70% of my time actually in the field, working with front line managers and site MD's to find and share Best Practices, implement new and innovative ways of working and provide Tools and support to facilitate efficient and productive working with their teams

    Saint Denis 2009 - 2013 Responsible to Execute and Monitor Global Project for complete Railway system supply. (Turn Over up to 50 M€ / project).

    Accountable for Quality, Timing, Profitability, Project Cost, Forecast figures and Customer satisfaction, from end of Bid Phase up to end of warranty.

    Animate a Project team, functionally related and located in several sites worldwide (up to 20 people / project).
