    Nabucco-West is a proposed natural pipeline from the Turkish- Bulgarian border to Austria. The project is being developed by a consortium of six national oil companies. Hungary was represented by MOL, a leading oil and gas company.
    * Responsible for procurement of gas pipeline construction including project management and gas transportation-trading activity.
    Key Achievements
    * Managed to prepare, to negotiate and to complete the Standard Transportation Agreement and the Network Code of the gas transport-trading activity.
    * Managed the preparation of tender documents for procurement from commercial aspects.
    * Successfully challenged initial project costs forecasts and found out that it was not viable. Took necessary steps to convince MOL's executive management to leave the consortium to prevent losses. ;
  • Megatrend Ltd. - Advisor to the Chairman

    2004 - 2010 Company Profile: Management security processes of enterprises of public and governmental bodies. Sales of IT software products (ERP and data security systems)
    * To manage the international businesses and the relationship to banks.

    Key Achievement
    * Concluded service contracts totalling to about 14 million Euro mainly for Hungarian companies including Pick Szeged, Sole Mizo, Dalmand, Boly. The contract sizes were between 1,2 - 3,2 million Euro each. ;

    * Full P&L. Development of the foreign trade relationships, with special emphasize to the investigation of exceptional investment opportunities.
    Key Achievements
    * Pivotal in negotiating crude oil purchasing deals between MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas Company and the Iraq National Oil Company within the program of oil for food from the allocation of Jordan, which amounted to 2x app. 74 million USD.
    * Secured a Consultancy Service Agreement between MECEA, Lebanon and Eurohand totalling to about 4 million USD.
    * Exported tomato paste cannery to Lebanon by Limpex, using the famous brand Golden Phasan.
    * Concluded an Agreement for the reconstruction of the Ikarus bus factory in Iskandirija, Iraq. Investment totalled to 14 million USD. ;

    Company profile: MOL won an international tender in Syria in 1997. According to the contract with the Syrian Government, MOL acquired the rights to explore oil and gas for an initial period of five years.

    * Established the financial management functions of the company together with the compulsory data exchange with the Syrian Petroleum Company.
