    2015 - maintenant The Association of Interactive Television (AFDESI) aims to promote interactive television programs and services independently of their mean of broadcast (satellite, cable, terrestrial broadcast, ADSL). The majority of French players in this industry are already members.

    The AFDESI's objective is to promote the development of the interactive TV sector by gathering knowledge and conducting mission of information. The association facilitates exchanges through conferences, seminars, press meetings and events such as the International ITV Awards. It also encompasses representation with public agencies, grants and funds intended for production.

    Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne 2009 - 2012 Team building and management of NAGRAGuide Engineering team.

    o Team management :
    - Management of 13 on-site persons, a team based in China (Beijing) plus outsourced from 4 sub-contracted companies based in Europe
    - Hiring / Resigning
    - Team building from team’s profiles (i.e.: Project Officer, Technical Writer, Ergonomist, STB Architect, STB Integrator, Configuration Manager, Tester)
    - Team motivation and recognition
    - Team objectives definition, tracking and appraisal

    o Organisation :
    - Department objectives, strategies and roadmaps definition
    - Team work process definition, tracking and improvements
    - Reporting management (weekly, monthly)

    - Proof Of Concept definition and development for new concepts introduction (ex.: OTT services, Widgets, …) in show rooms (ex.: ANGA, IBC, …)
    - Product developments/integrations for cost reduction (i.e.: roadmap anticipation, QA, etc …)
    - Synchronization with other departments (Product Line Management, Head-End CAS, NagraGuide Deployment)
    - Sub-contracted companies commercial (SOW definition and review) and technical follow-up (weekly, quaterly)
    - Sales support for product marketing (roadmap definition and review, …) and sales teams (support to RFI, RFP, RFQ)
    - Supervise & maintain STB specifications, developments, … on deployed STB (about 6.5 Millions)

    Current realization of my team:
    - UI/Specifications NAGRA Guide definition for ZAPPER and PVR platform including installation, navigation, EPG, Per-per-view and On demand (VOD/PVOD) features
    - Overall STB Software for SATELLITE and CABLE platform supporting ZAPPER or PVR profile based on OpenTV Middleware. Solution ported on top of several STB provided by Philips/Pace, Thomson, Hyundai, UEC deployed on 5 networks.
  • Kudelski Group - Program Manager

    Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne 2007 - 2009 - STB Program Manager in Digital TV and Broadcast media compagny based on NAGRA Guide solution for Dutch (i.e.: Netherlands, Belgium, etc ...) [Canal Digitaal, TELESAT, TV Vlaanderen] and Portugese markets [Portugal Telecom] : 700 K STBs deployed
    - In charge of managing Complex projects for final clients (operators) with multiple partners / third parties / Sub-contractors
    - Management of customers expectations and define the right level of specifications inline with the Time to Market constrains

    Member of the Process Improvement Team who has lead the software department to CMM2.

    Subcontracting process improved with Middleware providers, for better on time deliveries, clear process put in place to track mutual deliveries and control content of milestones.

    Committed on planning, quality and cost of deliverables.
